JOGGING AT THE BEACH IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE FORMS OF EXERCISE

Life is sunny in Southern California! I’ve been a beach goer most of my life, growing up in the Southland and enjoying the varied climates southern California is famous for; beach, mountains, desert and trend-setting cities. 

I enjoy jogging, but playing pickleball is my new sunshine sport. I love the friendly people, the lighthearted competition, and the easy-on-the-knees moves. (Always a plus after a certain age!). 

Where to play pickleball in the desert or in Costa Mesa? You can google the words “pickleball” and your city and you will be astounded by the results.
